This policy explains how cancellations, changes and no-shows are handled for bookings made with Sikha Tours & Travels. The specific terms for your trip are confirmed in writing at the time of booking and, where they differ, those confirmed terms apply.
How to cancel
To cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email, quoting your booking details so we can assist you promptly.

Cancellation charges and timelines
Cancellation charges, if any, depend on the service type, vehicle, season and how much notice you give, and are shared with you at the time of booking.
Local rides and transfers cancelled well in advance generally attract little or no charge.
Outstation trips and multi-day tour packages may involve charges to cover costs already committed on your behalf (such as vehicle allocation, driver arrangements, permits or partner bookings).
Rescheduling and changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your pickup time, route or itinerary, subject to availability. Changes may affect the quoted fare.
No-shows and last-minute changes
No-shows, or cancellations made very close to the pickup time, may be charged in full to cover the reserved vehicle and chauffeur.
Cancellations by us
In rare cases — for example due to breakdown, safety concerns, weather or other circumstances beyond our control — we may need to cancel or modify a booking. In such cases we will try to arrange a suitable alternative or offer a refund of any advance paid, as applicable.
