Our website is used for enquiries and quotations and does not process online payments. Where an advance or payment has been made directly to Sikha Tours & Travels for a confirmed booking, this policy explains how refunds are handled for eligible cancellations.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to any advance amount paid to us, less applicable cancellation charges as set out in our Cancellation Policy and the terms confirmed at the time of booking.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your booking details. We will confirm the eligible amount after applying any cancellation charges and third-party costs already incurred.

Processing time and method
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or another mutually agreed method) and are typically processed within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — such as permits, entry tickets, hotel or activity bookings, or other non-refundable arrangements — may not be refundable.
Any applicable taxes are handled in accordance with law.
